We offer three main types of interior design services:
1. Detailed Design Development: Detailed designs with 3D visualizations, interior design layouts, and GFCs. (Additionally, we provide Value-Added Services such as Supervision and Selections when clients appoint their own contractors)
2. Design + Build: End to end turnkey interior design solutions from design to site execution and handover.
3. Styling & Décor Consultation: For homes that need less customizations and/or built-ins, layout refinement, material styling, and decorative direction.
How long does the process typically take?
Our indicative timelines –
- Design development: 4–5 weeks
- Selections & estimation: 1–2 weeks
- Supervision / build execution: 10–12 weeks
- Styling-only: 2–3 weeks
Timelines will shift based on project scope and feedback responsiveness.
Do you provide indicative budgets at the proposal stage?
Yes. We share indicative estimates in our proposal for client alignment. Final costings are confirmed post design development and BOQ approval.

Yes, we offer remote interior design consultations, online interior design consultations, and virtual interior design consultations for homeowners across India. This service is ideal for clients who want expert space planning and design guidance but prefer to execute the project with their own local contractors. Our virtual consultations are structured, execution-ready, and tailored to Indian homes, making them suitable for individual rooms or entire apartments.

Is virtual interior design suitable for Indian homes?
Yes, virtual interior design can work very well for Indian homes when it is approached with practicality and local context. A structured virtual interior design consultation takes into account storage needs, maintenance, material durability, family usage patterns, and everyday cleaning requirements that are common in Indian households. It is especially effective for new apartments, homes with minimal civil changes, or when homeowners already have a trusted local contractor for execution.
What is a BOQ and how does it help?
A BOQ (Bill of Quantities) lists all approved works, measurements, and estimated costs. It ensures transparency, budget control, and scope tracking. Once designs and selections are finalized, the BOQ is issued for your sign-off before execution starts.
Do you offer budget flexibility?
Yes. We design according to your budget and suggest material options across price ranges. Execution can also be phased by rooms or priorities.
How do you structure your payments?
Our payment structure is transparent and milestone-based:
- Design Only / Styling / Supervision: 75% advance, 25% on completion.
- Design + Build: 10% booking advance, followed by milestone payments during selections, planning, execution, and handover.
What is your refund policy?
Booking advances are non-refundable. In case of client cancellation mid-way, work completed up to that stage is handed over.
Do you provide warranties?
Yes, for design+build projects:
- 6-month workmanship warranty (Design + Build)
- 60-day defect liability post-handover
- Manufacturer warranty for branded accessories, components, etc procured from third-party vendors
Do you take up small projects or single-room makeovers?
Yes, our Styling & Décor and Value-Added Service packages are perfect for one-room makeovers, rental upgrades, or seasonal refreshes.
Will my project be featured on your website or social media?
We love showcasing our work on Instagram and social media! With your consent, we may photograph and share the completed project, and appropriately credit any feedback or testimonials.
Is my information confidential?
Absolutely. All shared information, plans, budgets, and personal inputs remain confidential and are used strictly for the duration of the engagement.
